Music

One of the main attractions of broadband for many people is that you can download music quickly and easily, for a fraction of the price.

You don’t need to spend all day and night waiting for songs to download, they’ll never be sold out and they’ll be available whenever you want - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can download tracks straight to your computer’s hard drive, burn them onto a CD or transfer to a portable MP3 player.

Before you get started you’ll need a media player. And remember, most music is protected by copyright, so be sure that what you’re downloading is legal and above board by following the rules on any music sites you access.

As well as downloading your favourite songs you can tune into radio stations from all around the world.
